The work consists of a tensioned sail made of two poles buried in concrete and an anchorage to the wall of the house. This type of anchoring provides a high resistance to the stresses of the sail.
Our engineering department calculates the stresses that the sail will receive and projects a sketch of how the fabric should be cut so that it adopts the ideal shape and offers the best possible solar protection.

The fabric used is high density polyester, a highly recommended product of proven quality. Under Australian patent this fabric is suitable for screening sunlight and protecting up to 97% of UV radiation.
