You have to be very careful, since the canvases of the sails, in some cases, are practically inaccessible. If we decide to carry out the cleaning of the canvas ourselves, we must always take all possible precautions.
That being said, the cleanliness is very simple. It is enough to give water with a hose in the usual way, if there are no difficult spots. But if there are, and you can access them easily, use water and soap. Never use detergents or solvents, always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
The accumulations of dust in the supports of the shade sails is one of the most habitual problems.
That's because you do not know how simple they are to clean. We just need to clean them with a vacuum cleaner. In addition, if you want to perform a thorough cleaning, you can also do so by flushing with a hose after vacuuming.
A very simple home trick to keep the color of the shade sails longer is: rinse the canvas with water and vinegar. Thus, we will avoid for a longer time the wear of this one.

If you have another type of shade sail, our recommendation is to apply a sealer after cleaning the canvas.

If it is removable, you should not pick it up when it is wet or damp, wait for it to dry to do so.
